Manufacturer independent and audit-proof shipment tracking

The Semplion component, in conjunction with the docusuite software, provides easy-to-use and transparent shipment tracking for print centers. The highest standards in terms of processing safety, flexibility and speed are fully met.

The partnership and cooperation with the companies Skysoft GmbH and Müller Apparate Bau GmbH has been intensified in order to realize a fully integrated mail piece tracking module. The result of this collaboration is a new tracking module called "Semplion".

This tracking solution includes the new and proven docusuite software including Skysoft camera reading and barcode recognition. In addition, the flexible Müller ejection modules were integrated into the joint solution.

docusuite centrally collates the reading results of the different cameras. Using hand-held scanner functions, status changes can be made and documented by the operators at the same time. If necessary, you can also monitor 4-eye-principle controls, the scan on sheet level or the correct allocation of multi-channel processing.

The reading and ejection module is multi-format capable. Thanks to its variable and height-adjustable infeed height and flexible conveyor belt speed, it supports fully integrated use at the inserting systems of various manufacturers.

The redundant design of important components guarantees a high degree of reliability. Depending on the degree of requirement, different or additional modulation modules can also be integrated.
