Image information for each produced shipment

With the docusuite Add-on Image Archive, it is possible to quickly and easily call up the image data for each shipment or sequence of deliveries in order to analyze them or make them available to other instances.

With the help of the docusuite addon Image Archive, pictures or image sequences for the produced dispatch orders from the docusuite database, can be made available to the customer quickly and easily. The images can be selected and retrieved individually, continuously or as a sequence via mail-piece tracking. The audit-proof saving of processing and reading times enables the user to answer possible future customer inquires as well as evaluate qualitative aspects of their production.
