Clearly displayed quantities, materials and items

Thanks to the docusuite Addon Material and Warehouse Management, many processes for material and goods handling can be optimized and user-friendly supported.

In addition to the deductible consumption quantities (including shrinkage) collected by the production monitoring, the software also offers support for the operative employees in the entry and withdrawal of warehouse bookings.

Using small, handy imagers, incoming and outgoing materials can be recorded in real time and provided with quantities and storage locations via a scanning process. In addition to quantity logging supported by master data, the operative staff can also easily and quickly enter corrections and deviations (quantities, quality, etc.) into the system for each booking. The material changes and required information can then be recorded and confirmed via pen or touch input directly via a mobile docusuite client.

By integrating mobile computers, the production worker can work freely in the warehouse without restriction. docusuite automatically recognizes which actions the user wants to start by reading custom barcodes.
