Sourcepage GmbH and its software products docusuite and TimeCatcher were also involved in this. Our staff and the software products are now assigned to edatasystems GmbH.

The legal merger of the formerly independently operating companies in the field of software development has the goal of providing uniform support to the software customers of the group of companies. In addition, by bundling the development and control competences, we can now react faster to new market requirements and optimise planning processes.

In addition to possible synergies, the focus was on the optimal use of the expanded staff. Tasks and new development projects can now be optimally distributed, tested and implemented with greater effectiveness for our customers.
